All sales are final. We do not accept returns or issue refunds unless an item arrives damaged or incorrect. If that happens, contact us immediately at sontuosoappco@gmail.com.

To start a return for damages, you can contact us at sontuosoappco@gmail.com. Please note that returns will need to be sent to the following address: P.O. Box 988, Clayton, AL 36016.
